「Lovely and convenient place to stay. Unfortunately we were in the top room where the ceilings/ beams are very low so room didn’t feel ‘deluxe’ as advertised. Also my husband banged his head in the night on the beams (he’s on 5’ 9’.」

「This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath. Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill. One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...

「This property was in an ideal position for the beach and the host Nigel was great, breakfast was very adequate and offered a good choice of cereals yogurts and bread . Eggs were available to have either scrambled or boiled. Tea coffee and orange juice was readily available. 「Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. 」
