"Location was incredible, right out the door and down steps to the sand! So much beach when tide is out, kids loved riding their bikes on it, and walking down wells beach to the jetty. Beautiful wrap around porch to sit out on at night and a patio area, too. Beds were comfy and space was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids -6&4). Will look to stay here again for sure. Thank you!"

"This house was just spectacular! The location can’t be beat. I loved stepping off the porch and hitting sand. We could hear waves from every room. It was also so well equipped. It had everything we could need. Dave was a wonderful host. Very responsive and checked in with us regularly. We had one issue (we excepted there to be a desk in one of the bedrooms to work from) and Dave was so helpful in offering solutions immediately.We hope to come back to this beautiful home!"

"This is the 4th time Ive stayed here Unfortunately, the unit next door is under renovation. right outside my window was banging and sawing from the moment I checked in, and it started again the next morning at 8. I guess there"

"Beautiful oceanfront property has a nice lawn buffer that keeps the house feeling private from the beach traffic. The beds are comfortable and there's plenty of extra pillows and bath towels. Features a good sized kitchen with a nice supply of cookware for anyone cooking in. The elevator in the listing was locked during our stay. We didn't need it, so I didn't ask the owner about it, but if an elderly or disabled person is staying here, it's worth communicating early about this as the stairs are rather tall and curve."

"Perfect for large families, open concept, lots of hang out areas. Nice kitchen with double oven, great for feeding a crowd. It was off season but we warmed the beach, flew kites, collected shells, and took advantage of the porch rockers to relax enjoy the view. Would definately stay there again."

"No breakfast. Not a soul there. No glasses in the room. Had to get a plastic glass no coffee at 8 am. Had to make my own. Never saw a soul. I left $5 for a toothbrush "

"It was slightly obstructed, but a two minute walk got you right on the beach."
