"The house was perfect for our needs (except for the fact that it was really hot, and the house doesn't have central AC, which we knew about beforehand, so it wasn't a surprise or a disappointment). Lawrence was incredibly responsive; whenever we had a question or expressed a need (like extra towels), Andy immediately came over to solve the problem. In all my years of vacation rentals, I've never had such a responsible, responsive, gracious host. Our grandchildren spent hours and hours every day in the heated pool, which was wonderful, and the beach was very close when they wanted to jump waves. The location of the house is terrific--it's close to everything we wanted to do. It's kind of "funky," with interesting art work, and we enjoyed learning about its history. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, which we did every night except one. The winding staircase would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, but our grandchildren (and our cat) loved it!"

"This property was lovely in many ways - it was set privately in a nice neighborhood. The home did have a well equipped kitchen, however you would need to bring all your spices, trash bags, napkins, etc. I feel these essentials would help a guest. The ice makers do not operate, so bring plenty of ice. The king suite is amazing - the other bedrooms are very basic. We had to purchase hangers as there were wire hangers and not many in the closets. I would recommend adding comfort to these other bedrooms, especially if you are sharing with another family (pillows, etc.). Also, we had to bring beach towels and beach chairs. The host was very accessible and friendly."

"I only sent one message to the host but got no response. The listing was very accurate and the kitchen could have been stocked better with paper towels and trash bags for a house this size. The town, restaurants and shops were great. Easy to walk around but parking is at a premium."

"The pool was great fun. We have dogs, and they loved the side yard...lots of room to run. They also had fun at the dog park. The house is perfectly situated; only minutes from beach, town, grocery stores and yet you feel like you're out in the country when you're inside or by the pool. Very quiet area. Had a wonderful time."

"This little place was so great for a couple or anyone spending some time. The bathroom/tub were amazing. The bedding however was a bit dated and could use some updated sheets/comforter as they seemed very warn. Overall would absolutely stay again. "
