"One of the main reasons we booked was to get into the pool. We heard ppl in the pool throughout the day. By the time we went to get into the pool it was disgusting and too still looking 😳. I had to go get the staff on duty and ask if their filter system working and if they would personally get into that water. Realistically, if they would or would not have I wasn't regardless, nor my kids who were absolutely bummed about the whole ordeal😡 They were even asking me what was in the water. Yea, very disappointed at that. The stay was fine but getting in the pool was a highlight of our trip that did not get to happen. "

"For the price you cannot beat it yes it may be a little outdated on the inside but don't stop you because of that the rooms are clean and spacious the pool and hot tub was very nice and working the staff was friendly the breakfast was decent it had egg sausage waffle maker you're basic but you're not going to find another place for the price that's decent good for family or business people"

"The breakfast was great! The room was clean. The toilet was previously clogged which I thought should have been noticed before we came. We had a 2 bedroom unit and that worked out great. Even though there was a lot of noise coming from the common room due to a kids hockey team being there, the bedrooms were situated in a way that we couldn’t hear the noise and we slept well."

"Wasn’t terrible. Definitely could use some updating for sure. The pool room has paint falling and peeling from the roof. Blow dryers didn’t work and no hair products were stocked. Chairs in room were broken and tore up. Price was decent. Good for a quick stay. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is small but my daughter didn't mind. Breakfast had a nice variety however it was a full hotel so it went quickly. They did try to keep up but it was difficult. My biggest concern was that children were running the halls into the early morning hours, like 1am on night one and 1:30am on night 2. The first night we were woken up 3 different times and I called the front desk on the last 2. I did hear them come up after the first call and speak with an adult in the hallways whom said she would get the kids to go into their room. However after the second call, I did hear them still running for a while. On night 2 I didn't bother calling at first because I knew nothing would happen. There is no way we were the only ones disturbed by the noise. At 1am I did have to call the front desk because as I was awoken, I went to go to the bathroom and heard giggles outside our door. When I looked through the peephile I watxhed as a teenage boy walked up to my door and knocked, then ran to the elevator (which was across the hall) where another teenage boy was waiting with it. I opened my door quickly and told them to grow up then call the desk. In the middle of telling them what happened I was cut off with "we'll send someone up, we'll send someone up". I never hear anyone from the front desk come up. On our second night my daughter and I had to be up at 6am to get ready for our day and we got almost 5 whole hours of sleep after being woken up. "

"Breakdast food was good but couldn't get a fork to eat it with. Room was clean but TV was left set to Spanish with a very poor remote to try to identify how to change it to English. Four of the direct TV stations were blocked. When I tried to call the front desk for help, the phone was not working. "

"Worst place I ever stayed had to cancel stay early due to the unethically horrible manager. Did not issue a refund for the night that I didn't get to stay. Pretty much robbed me for $100 and caused my trip to be complete chaos would not recommend staying here to anyone that could help it also the room keys worked only half the time. Two thumbs down !!! "
