「We had a great holiday weekend, clean, cozy and a quick walk to the water. 」

「Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. The beds are wonderful and the ceiling fans really cool the bedrooms well. I am already making plans to return next year! Thank you, for everything, Whitney!」

「Enjoyed a week stay here in Clayton July 2025. It’s a large space for a 1 bedroom. Clean and as described.Good communication w/Evolve mgmt company. Could walk to Downtown and we enjoyed the sunsets there and the cute places to eat and shop. All the little towns around there to explore also. 」

「Amazing! The area is great to explore but it was nice to come back to the cottage and just relax in peace and quiet. It had everything we needed. The view was wonderful, even when it was raining. Clean and cozy. The owner was always in touch and helpful. Looking to stay again. 」

「Friendly host, quick to respond to questions! Apartment had everything we needed. It was extra warm while we were there, and Kara had made sure there were extra fans to help us manage air movement and keep the apartment nice and cool! Location was perfect for visiting family in the area. Would absolutely recommend!!」
