「The Moose is such a special place! The host Ashan is a wonderful man. I felt so welcomed and safe and taken care of my whole stay. Room was big, immaculately clean, hot shower. Owner was also always on hand for questions and helped out with taxis etc. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Was sad to leave. 」

「The stay here was great. Host very gracious. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with a gas burner, refrigerator,dishes and pans, small dining room, patio with a day bed, washing machine. Bedrooms have a/c. Other rooms with ceiling fans. WiFi worked well. Host provided laundry detergent, shampoo, sun screen and mosquito repellent. He also provided us with some great meals. This is not high end, but my brother and I loved it. Would recommend to anyone wanting nice,...

「Once of the best stays while on vacation in Sri Lanka. Clean rooms, conveniently located and friendly staff. The food was amazing as well. They took good care of us from day one. I left my iPods in my room and didn’t even realize it until they called me after we checked out and left to let me know. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.
