I especially appreciated the extra security measures, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was also fantastic—being right beside Grand Central Station made getting around New York incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"OYO is right at Times Square, so expect noise from the streets. Come for the convenient location, and clean rooms. There isn’t anywhere you can sit down to work on your laptop, and the TV isn’t smart, doesn’t have local channels or a way to connect to the tv. (The HDMI ports are on the back and you can’t pull tv outward). I liked the evening/overnight concierge staff. A more seasoned individual, and sassy."
