「No tv in the room but otherwise great stay. Great location and not far from Hurley」

「The room was clean. The pool was not open yet I was still charged a resort fee. Our "remodeled" room was done very poorly. The bathroom floor was so warped you could not close the door. Whoever installed the shower head thought it would be a good idea to have it permanently aimed at the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone」

「This vintage room was very spacious, well furnished; also containing a microwave and good size refrigerator. There is a separate sink and counter outside of the full bathroom, which helps multiple guests get ready. The room has a air conditioner and is extremely clean. Even the grounds are well kept with beautiful flowers. There is extra parking and a nice grassy area to let kids play or to sit outside and picnic at the table supplied. You can even watch the kids play while you relax sitting...

「Very thin towels. Limited supply of tissues. Ran out of Kleenex. Stained carpet. Cheap price if that’s what you want.」

「The water main broke in the street. We had brown rusty water without any comments from management. Without any notice they shortened breakfast by a half hour. To get room cleaned had to notify the front desk each day. Still garbage wasn’t emptied during cleaning. Never asked our preference during check in.」

「When we pulled up, we thought that the hotel had closed and was abandoned. Parking lot was huge with very few cars and took us a while to find the front desk. The people there were friendly enough, but it just felt like they were doing what they could keep everything together. The room was clean, but rundown. Would not recommend.」

「No way to contact them. If you call their number you get a reservation center and they won't give or the local number. Bed and room proper was neat, but on both windows the curtains were rags. Bathroom was terrible condition. Mold, rot and the toilet hardly flushed. Only a couple teens working there but they were very nice」

「Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me」
