"Overall our stay was great. The only issue I experienced was in the pool. It is clearly displayed that children under 14 must be with an adult, however there was a group of boys that were not with any adults and they were being obnoxious and rude."

"Mara at the front desk was an absolute nightmare - from publicly insulting me in front of my extremely young children, calling me a liar because the phone in my room doesn’t work, hanging up on me multiple times while I simply asked for help getting utensils and the missing portions of food we had ordered for room service at (at 12:52 after we had already paid to extend our checkout to 1 PM with no time to even eat at this point). The night staff compared to Mara this morning/afternoon is truly like black-and-white - I’ve never been more disgusted with service in my life - and that is coming from someone who was working the service industry for years. We are at this hotel after escaping an extremely scary domestic violence situation and Mara made this experience so much worse and that much harder. Insulting someone while they are explaining this and crying and hanging up on them throughout that after everything I’ve stated above with the cherry on top and we will never stay here again."

"The hotel was decent overall the price of the room was inflated because there was an NHRA event in which I attended . The free breakfast wasn’t served till 7 am which was a little late because you need to be at the track early which they should have known The room was ok the toilet and shower are together in a dark room with a very noisy fan that went on every time you turned the light on The toilet was very low to the ground and also as a special added bonus the toilet water in the bowl itself was high so that every time I sat you touched the water Not really a turn on for me In any case I will never stay at this hotel Some might like the extra added bonus but I didn’t care for it"
