「The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. The hotel is located 5 to 10 min distance on foot from the central area of Penzance where you can see restaurants and shops, and it took only 15 min walk to the edge of the next town where Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar is located.
