「I got a room August 27th for 3 nights. I booked and paid through Expedia The day before, I receive an email from this hotel stating I owe the full balance. I call and get JENNIFER on the line. I explain to her my situation. I'm not mad or anything because it wouldn't be her fault anyways. This lady proceeds to speak to me like I'm stupid and tells me that I'll still be charged the FULL price when I check in. Then she starts YELLING at me over the phone ! When I get to the hotel, I'm greeted by...

「I was very disappointed there was no Jacuzzi the breakfast stop at 9 o’clock on the weekend which is real early. The staff was excellent.」
