"The place was as depicted. Although the property is a duplex you really don't hear or notice your neighbors. Great location away from the tourist stuff, but close enough to still have fun. We really liked St Andrew State Park. Would recommend staying here! Perfect for a family vacation."

Only issue we had was the WiFi was not good and neither was our phone service which was annoying. The home next door was also in the middle of construction which woulda tasty around 7am loud work "

"We stayed here last week and it was overall a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the space and will return! Pros: -The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. It would be crowded for more people due to the narrow shape of the space but for us it was perfect. -Location is steps from public beach access and since it's farther away from the massive condos, our section of beach was less crowded. Quick walk to Walmart, gas stations and food. -Property managers were very communicative and...

"The property was okay. The views and beach access was great but this property needs some attention. We had a couple minor issues but the property management were very attentive and helpful which was appreciated. The first floor patio furniture was terrible. The corners of the square metal table were completely rusted through and the chairs had rust stains running down them and the round outdoor table was broken within itself, all should be thrown away. It’s a nice property, but needs some TLC."
