I got the room 208, on the second floor next to the stairs. It's a bit run down, very basic, just bar soap provided, walls dirty, but the room, bathroom, sheets clean, no fungus, no sign of insects. "I had originally booked three days, but when I saw how wonderful the hotel was, I stayed for a week. I love the infinity pool, looking across the Mekong at Laos. The best food of any hotel in Issarn. Fantastic staff, very good breakfast, bikes to ride around. It’s the best hotel, in my favorite city Nakhon Phanom in Issarn. When I come back, I will only stay here. I met the owner, and he’s really cool. Four Star quality like this in a western country would be $400 not $60."
