「สภาพห้องค่อนข้างทรุดโทรม สีผ้าห่ม มีคราบ มีเส้นผม(ของผู้หญิง) ติดอยูบนที่นอนหลายเส้น ผนัง โต๊ะ มีคราบแปลกๆ มีมดไต่หลายจุดในห้อง แอร์เย็นช้านิดนึง แต่ก็เย็นดี โดยรวมก็ดีพอใช้ ห้องที่ได้ทรุดโทรมไปหน่อย」

「Awesome hotel and fantastic staff , food good in restaurant, had lunch and dinner there , room very modern and clean, excellent air con, unbelievably comfortable bed , nice breakfast in morning, 5 stars from me , would definitely recommend and stay there again 」

「たぶんこの土地でトップクラスのホテルです。リバービューの部屋にしておけば良かったと後悔しました。ただ、メコン川の護岸を工事していて、岸辺の景色があまり良くなかったのが残念でした。きっと、来年(2020年)には工事も終わり、きれいになっていることでしょう。 部屋も朝食も普通です。昼食、夕食は、ホテルの外でも海外に慣れている人なら歩ける距離で食事ができます。敷地の隣の観光客用の？お店が並んでいる広場には英語がしゃべれる人もいます。googleマップの情報だとホテルの向かいにマーケットが出るのではないかと思いますが（未確認）、ちょうど街のお祭りだったからか、開かれていませんでした。 コンビニも歩ける距離にあります。町の中心までは歩けなくはないですがちょっと遠いので、サムローかホテルのレンタサイクルで。」

「We stayed 3 nights and there was zero hot water and the office girls didn’t seem to care.No effort was made to repair the system.The water was very cold.We ended up getting a room in town so we could have hot showers.」

「自転車レンタルが無料 隣がロータス(スーパー) 敷地内のレストランがあるので便利 ビールが安い また泊まると思います」

「うるさくて昼寝も出来ない工事をしているなら事前に情報貰えれば選ばなかった。暗いし雨漏れしてるしアメニティは歯ブラシすら無い」

「Yeah, you have a beautiful view onto the Mekhong River and the Laos mountains, but it’s difficult to believe that this hotel is only 5 years old. Its design and choice of building materials make it look more like vintage 1970’s to 1990’s, and it’s condition (especially bathrooms) is already bad. The worst, however, are the mattresses. It might be equally comfortable to sleep on the floor as on the “hard-like-a-brick” bed. Would definitely not stay here again if/when coming to Nakhon Phanom again...
