"The hvac didn’t work during our stay. They gave us a space heater, but unfortunately it only raised the temperature 2 degrees. It was a cold and rainy couple of days and it really affected our overall experience of the hotel. "

"Fun shopping, eating and drinking within walking distance. Hotel is under construction in spots, but it never interfered with us. The staff was spectacular in every area, especially front desk and restaurant."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia. The room was clean and stylish with all we needed. The nespresso coffee machine is a big upgrade compared to most hotel in room coffee choices. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The free arcade was a unique touch and the happy hour in the lobby was a surprise too. The location is great making walking to explore downtown easy. Id recommend this location for adults. Families with small kids might want something different. "
