Great location

The unit is very conveniently located in Chinatown, next to a Metro stop, and 15 minute walk to the Mall. A great place to stay for a sightseeing stay. It is roomy enough for two people but not more. The sofa bed is basically a large foam mattress on the floor, but comfy. The ice maker was broken and the remote for the TV died, and there were no spare batteries. Our main complaint is that while we were on our way, we got an email saying that the lockbox was broken and we had to go to a location several miles away to pick up the key, which was very inconvenient and cost us money to get there.

Sight seeing vacation

Overall great stay. Awesome location. Next to Metro and Bike Rental. Capitals playoff game next door. We didn’t hear a thing! Very quiet. Great Price.

A very good location for site-seeing in Washington. Close to a Metro station and easy walking distance to Capitol and Smithsonian museums. It’s small….two persons, max. The apartment itself is quiet. Lots of nightlife and restaurant options.

Good place to stay

line to Gallery-Place/Chinatown metro stop. Less than 45 minutes. Perfect location for sightseeing -- easy walking distance to the National Mall, museums, monuments, etc. Owner/host was quite responsive and accommodating. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect location

I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again.
