Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.
Pool Access: Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. The pool is open 11 AM - 8 PM daily.
Parking Guidelines: To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
HVAC System: The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations.
Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
