Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.
Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
Parking Guidelines: To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
