「Our family enjoyed our visit to the Pamlico River while attending ECU graduation activities. There was plenty of room for 9 adults to spread out. The house was incredibly clean too. If any questions come up the owner was quick to respond and hospitable. I would absolutely recommend considering friends and family to stay at this beautiful house on the water.」

「Phyllis was a great host, and the property was immaculate. The cottage was so cozy and relaxing. Everything one needed was supplied by Phyllis. Snacks, drinks, and she even had treats for our Shih Tzu. We enjoyed lounging on the back porch/patio. Overall, we had a great weekend. I would say this is the #1 rental in little Washington.」
