「The property had many issues, almost like it is not ready to intake guests. I had provided all the issues to customer support.」

「Michael at the Front Desk helped us to feel welcome. He was very helpful and friendly. This after a long journey - goes a long way.」

「This is the second time staying at this location and my family absolutely loved our mini vocation. We cooked meals, enjoyed peace and quiet of the lake. We are planning our stay for next yr for sure. The staff were so pleasant to talk to and met any of requests and answered any of questions with a friendly smile. I can't wait for our next stay at the Pinedale Inn.」

「今回7泊8日、頼んでも清掃に来ません。もともとパンしかない朝食、ジュースサーバーは壊れたまま治らずでした。 2年間、2か月毎に泊まってますが、状況はだんだん悪くなっています。」

「Bkfst not so good.nice staff.」

「I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). No one was outside so I figured it would be a good time to go down so the kids didn’t bug anyone. The hot tub was at 78 degrees. It was freezing. So we left and went back home to the room. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down...
