「We stayed for 7 nights. All the pre-arrival information and directions were very detailed. The cottage was spotless and well equipped, in a delightful setting. Accomodation was very comfortable and relaxing. With the addition of a pool onsite. The local pubs are only a short drive away, and there are plenty to choose from. We couldn't recommend the cottages more highly and will definitely return in the future.」

The outdoor space is really lovely, with the field beyond full of wildlife. The location is very peaceful and relaxing and the benefit of a pool, tennis court and games room makes it a great choice for the whole family. The complex is just the right size to feel very relaxed and peaceful and not busy...

「Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...

「Beautiful cottage just as I’d hoped, perfect for our family. Well equipped, everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful outlook - would love to come back for longer in the summer months to make the most of it. The children loved the games room and the swimming pool, and the private swimming hour was perfect. Ideal location for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastline. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future.」

「Well placed cottage for visiting North Norfolk. Clean and well equipped. No rear garden but seats and table out the front which is on a v quiet road. Yes I’d revisit and happy to recommend」

「We had a lovely break at Lodge Cottage. the location is so peaceful and the ground are amazing. we did not make use of the swimming pool, table tennis or snooker but it was nice to have the option. for us the location is a little too far inland as everything was booked up but that did not affect our break as we went out to the North Norfolk coast several times and Lottie our working cocker spaniel enjoyed a swim in the sea. Dereham is the nearest town and takes about 10 minutes by car and has...

「Lovely clean and cosy van, the perfect base for our weekend away (2 adults and a 6 year old). Onsite amenities, but very close to superstore, pub/restaurant and arcade. The beach is only a 5-10 minutes walk away. We'd definitely stay again next time we visit Norfolk.」
