「Our twelfth stay in coot (first in 2012) excellent cottage, very comfortable for the two of us. The location of Cranmer is perfect for cycling (complete with a secure bike store).whilst the country lanes and by-roads offer almost traffic free routes. Wildlife is always around and the in house activity room and swimming pool are available should the weather be poor. Already booked twice fior 2026」

Beautiful outlook - would love to come back for longer in the summer months to make the most of it. The children loved the games room and the swimming pool, and the private swimming hour was perfect. Ideal location for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastline. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future.」

「An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car.
