"WOW! We try and come to Charlevoix in early summer every year to see friends who own a shop in town before their season gets crazy. We have stayed in Earl Young properties each time but this cottage is AMAZING! So well stocked and perfect location. Plus just all around lovely. We would highly recommend and will be back. Our only regret was that our schedules didn’t allow a longer stay."

"Modernized. Clean. Comfortable beds/furniture. Clarify ‘directions’. Name of road not on any street signs. Actually is the highway (add that info!). Drove by x 2 looking for crossroad; property drive RIGHT OFF (two line) highway. Much traffic noise, daytime. Good restaurant across street. Group of cabins on pretty inland lake. One property building is ‘fish cleaning house’, so must be good fishing, here. 🐟"

"It was my first time in Petoskey, it’s a beautiful town and the location of the cottage was perfect. Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was a little worn and not very clean. The carpets were stained and the back door screen was torn. But the location and scenery made up for it. Will definitely stay again."

"Lovely property in an ideal setting. Stunning sunsets and the wind rustling through the trees was so peaceful. The property was, in the words of college bound teens, “sooo cozy and charming”. "This was a perfect location for our weekend getaway with two other families with young kids. The house had even more beds than advertised and the layout of the house was great for adults and kids to have their own space. Tons of kids toys and games stocked which was an unexpected perk! Only con I can think of is there is a picture of a keurig so we brought our kcups but it turns out there is only a regular coffee pot. Not a biggie cause it’s only 10 minutes from meijer."
