「Check in was easy and efficient. The room was all that could be expected, plus a few extras. A jar of a variety shortbread biscuits was a surprise along with an extremely varied options for hot drinks, i.e. Horlicks. A bowl of fruit was also an unexpected delight. The bathroom was well appointed, with shampoo, soap etc in pump pots. The bed itself was supremely comfortable with more than sufficient coverings. A large fan completed the array of convenience items, really handy with recent weather...

「I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as we had a truly disappointing experience. Bedbugs were discovered in both our room and our friends' room on the first floor, specifically rooms 120 and 126. Although we were offered alternative accommodations, it was unfortunately too late, as we had already discarded most of our clothing and needed to fumigate our car to prevent bringing the infestation home. Most concerning was the impression that the staff appeared to be aware...
