"My girlfriend and I had a wonderful, amazing weekend stay. Gorgeous ocean view. We appreciated that the home was well-stocked and the home supplies(linens, towels, kitchen stuff, shower stuff) were not bargain-basement supplies. There were binoculars, puzzles, paperback books, DVD movies, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker... Host was quick to respond to questions. It was heavenly getting massages while listening to the waves break. My only complaint, and it is a very small one, is that when I asked the host about what kind of coffee maker and whether there was a DVD player, the "host" responded that the coffee maker was Keurig and that there was no DVD player, which wasn't the case, so I needlessly purchased Keurig pods and did not bring our own DVDs to watch movies. The responses came from a "Grand Welcome Sea Ranch", which makes me think they have never actually been in the property and someone was just reading from a checklist. That inconvenience aside, we had a wonderful time."

"This property was so spacious for our family of 8 plus our sweet dog. The views were incredible and our boys loved playing pool in the garage. We would absolutely visit again and recommend to others. Great time had by all!"

"Wonderful place for a couple plus a pup to get away, we would stay here again. One thing to note: the main bed is in the loft area so you have to go downstairs to access the one bathroom - be careful in the middle of the night, there’s only 1 handrail on the modernist stair and no risers. A few things needed maintenance (we left a list) but this did not detract from the experience. Highly recommended."

"Charlie’s Place was just as described. I was so happy with the view from the deck and the many deer, fox, turkey visitors. Master bed was very comfortable. Stewarts Point was a great place to get excellent baked goods and coffee about 10-15 min drive. Frequented a few coves for shorter walks with my aging dog. Had a great stay."

"We really loved our stay. Great location, cozy space. Kitchen was very well appointed for eating in. A few suggestions. Bath towels could use improving - very small and thin. Also better paper products (TP especially) would be appreciated. Sliding doors need lubrication - extremely hard to open. One burner on the stove was not connected properly - I fixed it. TV remote very clunky (new batteries?). Small stuff between good and excellent. Thanks."
