"My husband and I really loved this place and plan to return as we are somewhat local - Cloverdale. My husband has some medical issues and this was a great place to relax and enjoy hearing the ocean. Only tip I have is that if you are bringing a dog, bring a gate for the deck. I did and it was perfect as we could enjoy the ocean, the deck and our dogs. They are quite little and I blcoked off the starircase with my wooden tri-fold gate and blcoked off the loweer deck with chairs. The yard below is NOT fenced so you will need to be creative about how to keep yours dogs contained.Grat location, easy access to breakfast at Trinks and nearby dinner restaurant and bookstore at the center across the street. Everything was as described and when there even better!"

"My room was immaculately clean. Jade at the front desk was warm and welcoming and had great dining suggestions for Gualala and other scenic attractions on my journey South. Good food and a grocery store were a short walk away. I parked and didn't have to drive until I was ready to leave. Would return to this location."

"The property was great, exactly as advertised, view is spectacular. And thank goodness for the wind-sheltered back patio with bbq, because I'm guessing our 3-day stay was one of the windier stretches of the summer. (as luck would have it, not a wind-wave on the ocean this morning when we left). All in all, we had a great time, thank you!"

"We love the house as well as the location. We definitely will be staying here again. The Host / owner was very supportive. We had an issue with an alarm. We called the owner. He answered right away and resolved the problem promptly. He then stayed on the phone line and walked us through the house, pointing out details and making sure we felt comfortable. We'll be back."

"Great location. Sea Ranch never disappoints. 5 minute walk two one of the community pools. Trail right next to house to beaches.Comfy beds. Clean towels and sheets.Bedrooms and loft were good size and so were bathrooms.House is dated. Living area isn’t really set up comfortably for more than two people to watch tv. Nice big dining table for games.It would work well for a family with younger kids. Hot tub was older but worked fine."

"Great view from balcony. Lovely open plan living room and kitchen with views from windows overlooking sea.A good place to watch for whales.Deer visit the garden also.Close to the town with lots of eating choices. Had a great relaxing time. Could look at the view all day."
