「Nice place」

「Location is fabulous! Many lovely walks. Over to beach, down or up a couple of blocks in distance and then back along estuary or visa versa. Very tidy accommodation with everything you need. It was great to have the garage to use to store our bikes. Bottle Lake great for mountain biking not too far away.」

「We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! 」

「Glad to see the listing has been updated. Was quite shocked to find owner lives out the back in a caravan, when we were expecting a private property.Beds are way past firm. Had to go out and buy a mattress topper to get a decent nights sleep.Note that owner is on pre paid power, so if you use more than estimated, you may get asked to contribute more.Had no issues with owner, friendly.」

「The condo was absolutely lovely. Had a beautiful open kitchen with a long countertop. The condo was very easy to find and parking was right in front of the front door.Check in was no contact . We received an email with check-in instructions which made check-in very easy. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this host and accommodation.」
