"This hotel deserves more than 5 stars, the staff go above and beyond, they cannot do enough for you. We booked a club room and received full À la Carte breakfast every day, access to the club lounge with free hot and cold soft drinks 1pm to 10pm, afternoon tea 2pm to 4pm, hors d'oeuvres with cocktails and alcoholic drinks between 5pm and 7pm and butler service to our room."

"Excellent staff, very helpful and caring. The room was spotless and had everything I need. The hotel is quite and doesn't feel overcrowded. The hotel also has about 4 different places to eat including 24/7 bistro. The food is good and has plenty of healthy options to choose from. The hotel has a good size pool which was warm to swim in February, looks like it's heated. Very nice hotel."

"We had little bit bad start with the room, it was feeling uncleaned and was setting of amenities for 2 people although the booking was for 3. But the moment we contacted the receptionist she apologized and checked for another room for us. Eventually they upgraded us to bigger and better room with an amazing view that changed our whole stay to become an unforgettable vacation. Very recommended and amazing service. "
