「Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel.
The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly.
When we arrived after chieck-in time, our room was not even ready and we had to wait for a while, drinking their free drinks. They had a hard time finding an extra blanket and towels for me due to the late time.
Their free shuttle could not find us because their reply was not early enough, so we ended up having to get ourselves a...

「I stayed here for 4 weeks. This place is very quiet, and away from most of the hustle and bustle. I’m pretty sure I was the only traveler here for probably 3 of the 4. This is the perfect place for the digital nomad who is country hopping. A bus and a tram will get you into downtown Sarajevo. The hosts were very hospitable. Just note that all the shops nearby are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly.」

「Great stay at this hotel. Only downside I would say it is away from the City Center and yo would need a taxi or Car to travel. But the rest has been excellent and well worth it. 」
