From the moment we arrived at Orabel Suites to the time we left, Jannis and his staff were so helpful and could not do enough for us. With myself being coeliac and requiring gluten free food, they always had options available, even got gluten free bread in for me. The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. 「We just came back from a week at Marillia Village and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was really lovely and a great size for a family of 4, the outdoor area and jacuzzi was lovely.
The hotel is peaceful, the pool area was quiet and not busy/overcrowded with plenty of sunbeds. A very chilled out friendly atmosphere.
