Other than a little misunderstanding due to communication issues the staff was very professional and we got to meet other guests we had a driver George not sure if that’s how he spells his name but he was amazingly professional thumbs up! I would definitely stay there again

The staff were amazing and friendly, the room was incredible and the location is breathtaking. It's a perfect location for a break from the buzz of a city. The little town of Megalochori is a short walk and beautiful. We ventured into Fira a couple of times and the taxis were about €20-25 from the hotel. A few things reviews told us that were true, and some may not like, is the pool is not heated at all - or it wasn't whilst we were there. The other thing is the pool bar does play music from about mid-morning until evening, which may not be to people's liking. The only, little disappointment we had was with the cleanliness of the pools, which were a little dirty during the week. Not dirty enough to not swim in, but just needed a clean. We would stay here again though. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing experience at the hotel. Very nice and quite apart from the last two nights when it was extremely bad weather so wind was a lot and couldn’t sleep properly plus our room Was on the top floor so maybe that’s why felt more wind. Apart from that very positive experience 😁

Vista mozzafiato, vento costante impedisce spesso una fruizione gradevole. Personale, a parte una ragazza al ristorante, così così. Sconsiglio di chiedere in reception per servizi ed attività extra, ma di procedere in autonomia, perché non abbiamo avuto buone esperienze. Colazione con tanta offerta ma di qualità mediocre, alcuni cibi non erano affatto freschi. Camera molto bella

Our stay at the Suites of the Gods was wonderful. The highlight has to be the stunning infinity pool overlooking the caldera — photos don’t do it justice. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s perfectly situated to explore the entire island — just a short drive to Fira and the black sand beaches — yet still feels private and serene. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations or arrangements, making our stay effortless. We had stayed there the year prior as well and the staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade - which was much appreciated! And, they will arrange for scooters or atvs to be delivered directly to the hotel (quite convenient!) If you’re visiting Santorini and want a mix of luxury, convenience, and unforgettable scenery, the Suites of the Gods is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked two rooms for the same price and had very different experiences with them—one was spacious and comfortable, while the other was a smaller corner room. That said, both rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered nice views. The overall cleanliness was very good, and we were satisfied with that. Staff service was just okay not bad, but nothing outstanding.

The staff was AMAZING! They took great care of us and were so helpful. They made our stay extra special. We went at the bringing of Sept. the pool was cool but we were still able to get in it.

The bar was really expensive, yet the dinner was cheap and good. The view is great for this hotel in the surroundings, looking down on the boats - but every other town has better luxery hotels and the same views, with more things to do in the area.

The property was like walking into “lifestyles of the rich and famous”. The view was breathtaking and every day we were amazed by the Caldera view. The infinity pool area was the hub of relaxation with a well equipped restaurant and bar with excellent service and excellent live music. We got to know the staff and they were terrific, friendly, and fast. The room itself was epic…like walking into a well appointed cave suite with a giant tub! We walked out of our room stepped right onto the pool deck with an epic view of the Santorini Caldera. Food was fresh, excellently prepared, and delicious. Our first day we ate at the hotel restaurant overlooking the Caldera, and for our last day, we chose the Hotel restaurant again because it was the best food we had and the service and quieter atmosphere were more special for our anniversary. Our server, Crisanti, was helpful, cheerful and became a friend by the end of the trip. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. The spa was convenient and Margarita at the spa was a terrific. I would go back anytime. The location, amenities and staff helped make it the most relaxing vacation I’ve had in a long time and a special anniversary trip!
