Red Lion Hotel Boise Downtowner

2/10 Terrible

"To begin with, the elevator makes a horrible noise when moving, it looks like it's going to fall, then when we entered the room the first thing we saw was a big spot of silt on the sink due to a leak that does not stop at any time, the toilet was so stained that it seemed dirty, in the bathtub there were long hairs that did not belong to any of my family, we stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the city and it was the worst mistake because the air conditioning is nothing more than a portable machine from which the ventilation duct has to come out somewhere and comes out right through the sliding door, which you can't close because the ventilation duct prevents it completely, this makes all the noise from outside enter the room, the reception lady was very friendly but honestly I had more expectations about this hotel honestly I would not stay here again."
