It starts at the door and continues through the staff that operates as a team. I’m always amazed how I feel like an MVP when I enter the door at New World hotel Mr Quok’s concierge team is fabulous. After this trip, I made a point to get everyone’s name that had treated me the best that I’ve ever been treated, at a hotel. Thank you! "I've been to a couple of hundred hotels and this one might have been my favorite. The staff were superb about adding to the experience. All requests were handled successfully and quickly. The people were happy to have a friendly word. The breakfeast buffet was probably the best I've ever had. I think it's joint first as my best dining experience in Vietnam. It was so good and we had it so often. Everything you can think of and much more, including things like pho, fabulous baked pastries and bread, smoked lox, many varieties of other dishes, Vietnamese, French, American and various others. The rooms were very nice, though nothing particularly more than you would expect in a good hotell. The pool and the bathrooms had some pleasant retro vibes. The cleaning staff were, however, better. They managed to be both less obtrusive, more efficient and friendlier than I've seen in other hotels. Important tip: the room prices vary a lot depending on which days you want to be there. If you can get 40 % off staying different days than you wanted, consider doing exactly that."

"Another wonderful stay at The Reverie Saigon! This is my third time staying here in two years and it is one of my favourite hotels in Asia, however, no one seemed to know that I had stayed multiple times. I believe it would have been nice touch to see the appreciation of my loyalty returned with an acknowledgement that I have stayed multiple times. I would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have this information in advance and inform the staff. Even a personalized note saying welcome back would have gone a long way! Other than that, wonderful attentive staff, great food/drink/service/ambience and location."
