「This rental was a pearl hidden in the museum district, just steps from the tower. Elisa is the owner and was extremely helpful with tips for travel and restaurants. The building is old with huge doors and charm beyond your thoughts. There is a 2 person balcony that looks out on the Siene River. The views from each room are outstanding. Be aware each rental comes with 1 key. The laundry is not for public use. All of my beautiful experiences in Paris, along with meeting a new friend in Elisa, I...

「What a quaint, cozy spot to enjoy the fantastic city of Paris! An easy 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, at which point you can also pick up sightseeing buses to help you decide where to go next! The apartment had all the necessary conveniences and was clean and airy. Would love to go back some day!」

「The location of this property is fantastic. It has all of the essentials and is overall a good setup for a short stay. The amount of the damage deposit and method of payment could be clarified better in the description, as this came as a surprise. Overall clean property and comfortable stay.」

「I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with...

「The apartment was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. David, was a great communicator. I would come here again.」

「We had a terrible experience staying at this property. It was no where close to how it was listed. Here are the issues that we observed: 1. Wifi didn’t work the first 2 days 2. Bed was disconnected from the headrest and moving all over the place 3. Toilet seat was not in the restroom. It was at the main entrance in a small room without a handwashing sink 4. Wooden floor was all broken and made heavy noises while walking 5. Just one travel size bottle of shower gel and shampoo was provided for a...

「Host was easy and friendly for the check in process will definitely return and recommend for a family of 3」

「Small room but nice」

「My boyfriend and I booked for 11 days. This is a well located and well cared for property. Matthieu was very helpful with information on dining and shopping as well as making sure we were comfortable in the unprecedented heatwave. He is a great host. We would definitely stay there again. It was lovely.」

「Great location and very well appointed apartment. Service although was virtual, it was incredible and quick. Highly recommend!」
