「Un véritable coup de cœur. Ce lieu est une recommandation absolue, pour absolument tout : la situation, l’accueil chaleureux, le confort et le délicieux petit-déjeuner. Nous avons réservé à la toute dernière minute et avons pourtant vécu un week-end merveilleux à Saint‑Jean‑de‑Paracol, tout près de Rouvenac. Un endroit d’exception, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Un vrai haut niveau, à tous points de vue.」

「What a beautiful place to stay! A working farm, where they grow apples and produce the best apple juice we have ever tasted. The host was welcoming, a great cook, and full of information about the local region. Why stay in a city hotel when you can experience an authentic French farm, almost like going back 100 years in time to a charming and beautiful world of green, rolling hills. Highly recommended!」

「Aardige plek bij watermolen, langs doorgaande weg. Zelf erg op netheid, schoon, stofvrij en hygiene. Bovenstaand had dit verblijf niet, aardige gastheer dat wel maar dat is normaal toch. 」

「Très bon accueil et conseil. Hôtel et chambre avec un décor authentique. Hôtel calme. Chambre un peu froide pour cette période. Petit déjeuner continental excellent, copieux et diversifié. 」

「はじめてお世話になりました。家族がここに集まり周辺の観光を楽しみました。 カルカッソンヌまで車で20分ほどで、周辺にも綺麗でかわいい村々が点在していて楽しいです。 (車がないと難しいですが) 大変気さくなご夫婦が経営されています。 朝食がついていて、バゲット、クロワッサン、フルーツ、チーズ、生ハム、ヨーグルトなどいただけます。ジャムはマダムのお手製で6種類ぐらいありました。どれも美味しかったです。 夕食は事前に申し込めばここで食べることも出来ます。ドリンクを含んだ料金で、周辺レストランよりも少しお得な感じでした。 それに後で気づいたので夕食は利用していませんが次回はお願いしようと思います。 プールもあるので街歩きに疲れたら泳ぐのも良いかも。お庭の木陰で猫が昼寝をしていてとても癒されました。 フランス語と英語での会話になりますが、最近ではアジア圏から予約が入るとのこと。 会話は携帯アプリで対応したりするとマダムが笑いながら話してました。 3泊4日、心地よく使わせていただきました！ また来ます！」

「Un excellent moment passé au sein de cette magnifique chambre d'hôte. Nathalie et son mari sont au petit soin, à la recherche du détail qui compte. La maison est grande et spacieuse, la chambre magnifique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude du lieu... Le soir nous avons eu le plaisir de nous joindre à la table d'hôte concoctée maison avec une grande majorité de produits bio... Vraiment je ne peux que conseiller le Grenier Occitan pour une pause serène...

The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. 「We stayed at Le Grand Bassin Guesthouse for one night before picking up our Le Boat for a 10-day cruise east. I can say without hesitation that we had a perfect stay! We arrived on Castelnaudry by train, and then walked to the guesthouse, so of course we were behind schedule. Sophie waited patiently for us and, on our arrival, called Chez David in town to make sure we would get a table for dinner. Sophie is an exceptional host, and our room was clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast...
