"At check in they wanted to scan my DL without providing a written policy in case their system is hacked. They then asked for a $100 room deposit which was not mentioned in the booking. Despite seeing housekeeping staff, our room was not serviced. Wrappers were visible in the hallways. Breakfast was normal fare: scrambled eggs/potatoes/sausage. They had some bread and bagels. No waffles/pancakes/etc. Yogurt/hard boiled eggs were available."
