Owner was very professional and polite. He welcomed me and my dog without hesitation or the need to verify that she was a service dog. Place very clean and quiet and the area where it’s located very safe and restaurants with walking distance. I was very pleased with my stay

Checked in Friday evening, older lady maybe mid 40s. No greetings no eye contact. As I approach, I stated that I was picking up my keys for my rooms. I did an early check in electronically. Receptionist lady looked at me and looked away to computer and looked at me and ask “who”? I was confused and said excuse me? She then said “for who”? Gave her my name. She ask me to fill out a form to register. I told her I already registered online. She looked at me annoyed and with her hand gestures movement as to sign the form and said “well you need to sign”. Really poor customer services. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 night, no daily house keeping as advertised. Will never stayed at this location again. I picked this location because it was by Wyndham. I have stayed with hotel that’s by Wyndham and had never experienced anything like this before.

The hotel may or may not have live in rates but when we arrived we noticed a few rooms that were packed of clothes and looked like individuals and families lived in the lower part of the hotel. The blow dryer didn’t work, the hallway always smelled like someone was frying food. Staff is not always available at the front desk, not enough pillows on the bed, no outlets to charge phones.

Everything in the room felt kind of dirty. Site said there was a continental breakfast, but there was really nothing out there. There was some cereal, but no milk. There were little apples that were bruised and not very good. That's it. My husband went out there earliest so it's not that everything was gone. It was one of those places that we needed somewhere to stay quickly, so we just slept there and that was it. We found somewhere else to stay the other nights. I don't think I would go back unless they did some remodeling and some serious cleaning.

The location was great. The staff and people at the hotel were great, but the room was terrible: musty, industrial view, tiny bathroom, very uncomfortable bedding, air conditioner too high to access, loud refrigerator.

Great experience !! From check in to checkout everything went smoothly. Front desk staff were professional, the hotel lobby was clean, the room was cool and smelled fresh. Free freshly ground coffee in the lobby was an added bonus. We would stay here again and would recommend it.

The owner was very accommodating and gracious. I arrived quite late due to delay in flight. She answered phone quickly and was very nice and friendly. Clean and quiet place. Very reasonable.

Staff was helpful at check in. I called 161 phone, which rang in washing/utility room, my brother in law called the cell number listed and the young lady arrived quickly, checked us in and was very helpful. The room was clean and recently updated.

I was trying to sleep but my room was by the desk. When they were changing shifts that night they were talking SO LOUD. Like they were trying to talk over each other this lasted for at least 20-30 minutes. I was about to go scream at them when they finally quit of by then I could not get back to sleep and be well rested to continue driving to my destination. Room was nice beds were comfy.
