"We to space was great. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks in the Club room. Fitness room with good equipment. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Temperature regulation was a bit rough but staff provided extra heater. Overall great stay."

"The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, and the room we stayed in was the perfect size for 2 adults and 3 little kids! We have already booked another stay for when we plan to visit family and will more than likely continue to use this hotel for our stays in the area! "

"Our suite was horrendous! For the money we paid there should not have been fruit flies a massively stained couch dirt all over the floor spelled coffee when we first got in there it was gross! The waterpark was OK, but there were kids running around in diapers that were not meant to be in the pool, the bar staff at the Mississippi Grill were so rude and oddly enough they ran out of cheeseburgers, which is not my biggest complaint, but I find that really weird the noise and the level of disgusting took this place to a whole new level and I I went on vacation in Wisconsin Dells and I thought that was bad. It does not compare to this place!"

"The room was spacious and clean but the hallways and common areas were under construction (I hope). The pool/hot tub area was nice and the pool was warm. The vending area on our floor was just a table and lamp but the breakfast was decent. "

"Great place! Delicious breakfast.Evening reception was nice. I did have a toilet issue in the night that no one handled until the morning. Also, overnight many cars were vandalized and broken into in the parking lot. What a shame! Area seems nice and this was a pretty classy establishment."
