3 bedroom villa, with parking, about 2 minutes walk to Praia da LotaThis 3-storey property comprises: - Ground floor: entrance hall, bathroom with shower, fitted kitchen, and a large living and dining room that leads to the extraordinary outdoors. There is a covered area, with an awning, for enjoying meals outdoors, with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs, facing east. At the entrance to the property, facing west, you'll find a pergola with a place to park your car inside the gate.- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (1 en suite) and the other with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite with a corner shower and the other with a bath shared by the other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a generous west-facing balcony.Finally, in the attic, you'll find a terrace with the total area of the villa, with fantastic ocean views.The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.Equipped with air conditioning.The villa is located about 100 metres from Praia da Lota, which is just a few metres from Manta Rota, with direct access via a wooden walkway, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.Book your holiday now!

Perfeito

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa, é uma casa extremamente confortável e espaçosa. O espaço do quintal é ótimo para pegar sol e ouvir os pássaros. A casa fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé da praia e em algumas noites ouvia-se o som do mar. A rua é muito calma e segura. Voltaria novamente.
