We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi. "The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request. Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street. So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return. "
