「Eris, our host was very attentive. He was very patient when our bus was delayed a few times. He also gave us some great breakfast places to eat in town. The property was so centrally located to everything we needed. It is close to a bike rental place, the lake and downtown Annecy, where we spent a lot of time. Great location! The apartment is simple and clean. The balcony was wonderful and spacious. It also has a rack to dry your laundry, which you will need. They have a washer but no dryer....

Procédures d’arrivée et de départ faciles, le personnel est agréable et arrangeant. La région est magnifique. On ne s’y ennuie jamais entre sorties sportives, culturelles, shopping, resto, balades …....

"Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection, which was unreliable and caused quite a bit of frustration. Since this is a hotel I would love to stay at again, I would really appreciate it if you could improve the Wi-Fi by making it more stable and faster. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again."

"Owner of the hotel was very kind. Very traditional style but well maintained. Close to the lake and view from balcony was something special. Restaurant was also very memorable. Restaurant has open space area in front of hotel and it was amazing view of lake especially at the time of dinner at sunset. It was very relaxing time while I was there."
