The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

The room has a bed 160x200cm (King Size) as well as many storage.
The apartment is equipped with a TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake and Esplanade du Paquier is a 5-minute walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.We look forward to seeing you!
