L'Annexe du 43 - Beautiful T3 for 4 people with balcony

  • Discover the lake, the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
    This apartment can accommodate 4 people on the ground floor.

    The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
    The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, a raclette machine...
    The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
    A fan is available in each room.

    Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

    Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
    The lake is a 10 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

    🅿️ Parking is possible in co-ownership in free placement (no private place).

    🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.

    Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
    Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

    ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
    After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.


    If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
    In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
    🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Great place to stay in Annecy

Annecy is a wonderful town. The flat is quiet, comfortable and an easy walk to the Old Town- with parking, which is essential in Annecy.

Logement parfait

Très bel appartement situé dans Annecy le vieux (à ne pas confondre avec le vieil Annecy) . Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce ( propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé). Résidence calme avec commerces à proximité. Une place de parking dans la résidence est toujours disponible, ce qui est un plus. Procédures d’arrivée et de départ faciles, le personnel est agréable et arrangeant. La région est magnifique. On ne s’y ennuie jamais entre sorties sportives, culturelles, shopping, resto, balades …. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.

Très bel appartement situé à Annecy le vieux (attention ne pas confondre avec le vieil Annecy !). Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Arrivée facilité (nous avons pu prendre le logement plus tôt car disponible) avec un accueil agréable. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Parking gratuit avec toujours une place disponible. Commerces à proximité. Procédure de départ simple et rapide. On ne s’ennuie jamais à Annecy et ses environs : multitude d’activités sportives (randonnées magnifiques, balades à vélo, sports nautiques…) culturelles (visites de châteaux…), boutiques (dans le vieil Annecy et autour), nombreux restaurants proposant les spécialités locales ou non. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.

Très bon logement

Fidèle à l'annonce, le logement est très propre, refait récemment avec qualité. Proche du lac, légèrement excentré par rapport à la vieille ville mais encore une fois pas de surprise c'est bien expliqué dans l'annonce. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Très bel appartement, très bien entretenu, propre, copropriété calm, bien situé, à 10 minutes du lac, boulangerie et commerces proches, pas besoin de voiture ! Parking commun avec de la place.
