"I travel a lot with my three toddlers and we have never experienced a host like this or a house like this in all of our travels the house was completely unkept. the backyard was completely unkept infested with spiders and snakes because nobody was keeping up with the lawn and even the pool area was covered in spider webs active everywhere. A dead possum hanging from unkept untrimmed trees host didn't care to remove. smell was grotesque even inside the house. the dishwasher was so old and disgusting the pipes were fuming a horrible rotten smell coming from the sink area and the dishwasher. we ALL got violently ill at the same time. so I I know there's something wrong with the water pipes and the host was a nightmare he accused me of just complaining when all I was doing was asking for help, even vacuum and mop& bucket and someone to come clear the yard so that me and the kids could play without getting attacked by snakes. during the whole stay somebody finally came and mowed the lawn right before we left. Pool man put chemicals in and left that was it. didn't care about any of the spider webs all over the walls and chairs in the pool area making it scary for us to play without being attacked, so I cleaned it up myself but then very next day all the spiders are back because the entire house is infested. the host was so unprofessional and just mean, he ended up calling the police telling them that I was refusing to leave as we were on our way out after cancelling...insane"

"Sauna heat didn’t work, jets did if you enjoy very cold water. No heated pool. Movie room projector had no instructions or HDMI cord to manually hook up too. Internet was good if you didn’t exceed number of items connecting. We had to unconnect phones in order to use work/school laptops and or iPads. Streaming was limited. Extra pillows and mattresses were available but no sheets or pillowcases. In order to flush master bathroom toilet, you had to remove the lid and tinker with black box inside toilet. Master shower head leaked. The house had limited towels. 1 hand towel in each bathroom and absolutely no cloths or kitchen towel. The owner was extremely responsive when power went out in half the house and extremely nice. We knew family in the area and had to borrow beach towels, cloths, pillowcases etc. by afternoon the sun was unbearable poolside and sitting around the table. Absolutely no shade or umbrella to sit under and pool too cold to swim in. The house was clean, very comfortable with a few nuances. The outside without shade and pool too cold to swim, I will not be returning to this property. But do want to express how nice the owner is and the cleanliness of the house. "

"I hate to leave a negative review for any property,but we had several issues. When arrived all our bedding was wet in the washer and dryer, and a dirty mop bucket and mop was in the floor as you walked. We handled those items ourselves and thought no big deal. Then we realized we had no hot water. I texted the host the next morning with no response, called him at lunch with no answer. He texted me shortly afterward said he would try to get someone to make repairs. We never saw anyone and never got an update. Unfortunately we cut our trip short de to this, notified the host why with no response or any offer of refund or discount."

"This was one the best properties we stayed. Very clean, host was easy to deal with and exactly what we needed for a getaway. My children loved the pool/game room and my mother in law is already planning her next stay!"
