I was on the 26th floor and could still hear street noise, so with a good location comes that. My bed was not comfortable and the bed frame was loud with any movement. Nothing over the top nice about the hotel, no parking or breakfast, but solid stay, especially if you want to be close to the theater. Would stay at again "
