This is a beautiful 1400+ square foot 3 BR/2 Bathroom 1st floor condo at The Black Creek Sanctuary which is located at the Mountain Creek Ski Resort. The condo has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, a sleep sofa, several chairs, 2 full bathrooms, 4 LCD smart TVs, patio, full kitchen, with all you need to prepare a family meal, & a gas fireplace. Your views will be of nature. It is the perfect getaway for up to 8 guests.

The Resort:

The Mountain Creek Ski Resort is a 4-season resort that offers Alpine Skiing, Snow Boarding, Mountain Biking and a Water Park - all on site as well as zip-lining and a tree top experience!

The Location:

Vernon Township is located in Sussex County New Jersey, USA. It is located about 1 hour from New York City and was established on April 8, 1793. Iron mining was prevalent during the mid-to-late 19th century. Mines such as Canister Mine, Williams Mine, and the Pochuck Mine created industry which spawned local businesses, and brought rail travel to the town. Today Vernon and the immediate area is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Here you will find a landscape consisting of residential and resort communities, farmland, apple orchards, barns, horse farms, lakes, fishing, and just so much natural beauty. You will be amazed on what you will find only 1 hour outside of New York City.

Cleaning Policies:

Our cleaners are instructed to clean and sanitized between each guest. This includes all high touch areas like light switches and handles. We have also invested over $1,200 and purchased one Disinfectant Atomizing Sprayer and one Electrostatic Handheld Sprayer. We take our guests safety seriously. We offer a contactless check-in procedure featuring a digital lock and you will be provided with your own unique key code.

Misc:

We are not a part of the hotel program so no need to go through registration
Due to new cleaning procedures, we cannot offer a late check-out. However, if no guest is departing on the day you arrive, we can most likely offer an early arrival!
1 car can park close to the condo with the provided parking pass. 1-2 more can park in the large lot
Arrival is 4 pm or later
Departure is by 11 am or earlier
Pool opens in late May and closes in late Sept - subject to change at any time
This unit has a blink doorbell that faces the street and a hub located on the kitchen counter that must remain plugged in at al times. We receive notifications from our Blink doorbell 24/7. We have access to recorded footage at all times.

Pool open inthe summer only from late May to early September
Hot tub open all year long except when the air temperature is 20 degrees or below
Hot tub hours are 4-10PM
