"Solo una sugerencia en recepción tienen que explicar bien como funciona el aire acondicionado porque no todos los hoteles tienen las mismas características entonces si yo llegué muy cansado de mi viaje y nunca pude hacer funcionar el aire acondicionado así que solo me dormí y al otro día les dije lo que pasó y me dijeron que tenía que depositar la tarjeta en un lugar específico y si hay hoteles que así trabajan pero nos avisan en recepción y aquí no lo hicieron"

"The room was spacious and fairly clean, I loved the view to the central garden, it didn’t have microwave, fridge or iron which was needed. I had booked a room for 3 but didn’t realize that I accidentally booked a king suite, so I requested to be moved to a room with 2 beds, and they accommodated without any issues. Upon check out they helped us calling a taxi to the airport. I loved the fact that there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and attractions near by like the malecón and San Juan de Ulua. "

"It is a budget-friendly hotel in a very good location; it takes 20–30 minutes to walk to the Malecón and 5 minutes to the aquarium. As is the case with all hotels, the light fixtures need to be updated."

"The rooms are clean but very very outdated and smell like mold like. the room conditions are average. the smoke alarm in the hallway outside of my bedroom beep the whole time I was there. I mentioned to the front desk, but it was not replaced so I can hear it throughout the night. the location is great in the middle of attraction. "
