Tremendous stay. Breakfast in the hotel each morning was a bargain and super helpful wait staff and food options. The pool was great, but please add some way for seniors to enter and leave it easily. Neighborhood fantastic for food options - incredible pastor down the street, but also a Dairy Queen if you need a fix. I would come back and soon.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, with friendly staff and rooms that match the expected quality for the price. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay.
Upon check-in, I accidentally dropped my money pouch containing approximately 300 Mexican pesos inside the elevator. I realized it was missing within two minutes and immediately retraced my steps to the front desk to report it. Unfortunately, no one turned it in.
Additionally, I typically receive my invoice via email for billing purposes, but despite requesting it twice, I have yet to receive it.
There were also a few maintenance concerns: the room curtains did not close properly, leaving a noticeable gap, and the cable TV was not functioning upon arrival. While the maintenance staff was able to fix the issue, it took about 30 minutes.
Despite these setbacks, the hotel is overall acceptable.

Very good located property. Most of the staff was beyond excellence, you can walk to many places including awesome restaurants and shopping. The mocambo beach is walkable from the hotel and the airport is just a 15 min drive.
The hotel amenities are convenient including their restaurant.
Only reason i dont give this hotel a 5 star review is nothing major, its just that we were told that the airport is not open before 4 30 am which is not accurate at all we are glad we didnt follow this one staff member (kind of rude customer service) advise.

I booked this hotel on same day in an emergency as we did not like our other hotel. It was a relief to find availability at Emporio! We loved everything, details do matter and this hotel was full of them. From the shampoo and conditioner made with honey, to the awesome and delicious variety of baked goods, this hotel provided comfort, security and an awesome pool and hot tub to relax and refresh! Also, it is conveniently located at the port! Has an amazing view of mega ships coming and going, so free entertainment; also, it is close to all the important events, markets and museums.
