Dated and location isn’t great

I had a higher expectation after reading reviews, hotel is very dated, noisy due to traffic, location isn’t great unless you are just there to shop at the massive mall opposite but even then to cross the busy road can be challenging. Staff were helpful but be aware very little English in this region so be prepared

The room was not properly cleaned, it had an empty bag of chips under the sofa and hairs on the sofa mattress. The sofa bed was not done (had to tidy it up ourselves). Breakfast buffet expensive for kids and average to bad. Car valet service took ages.

Ok hotel and ok room. But very hard to communicate with staff and reception. Constant misunderstandings about everything. Worst was the fact that they couldn't inform us (when we were asking for restaurant suggestions)that not a single restaurant was open during new year's eve. That should be common knowledge if you work in the tourism business in that city.
