Check-in was excellent. We arrived on a Subday, so the restaurant was closed. The young woman at the front desk did not speak English, but she was extremely helpful and kind and we were able to order food delivery for dinner. Our room is small and needs a thorough scrubbing (walls scuffed & dirty especially around the sink), but the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower hot and linens clean. The location is noisy, but with proximity to the airport, I would expect noise; the hotel itself was very quiet.Breakfast was meager, but traditional. I would stay here again.

Awesome breakfast helpful staff and clean rooms all for and Awesome price...sure other might be cheaper but this hotel is up there in quality along side of the most expensive hotels..its Awesome for booking the last night in veracruz close to the airport..this is my go to hotel when I'm visiting family in veracruz.

Staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast was good. However, no airport shuttle. I emailed the address on their website, messaged them through Expedia and Whatsapp. No reply to anything. Kinda got ripped off paying $280 pesos plus tip for a taxi ride less than 2 miles. Noisy neighborhood.
