I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is ideal — peaceful yet within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Although the room was compact, it was modern, well-designed, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Fabulous hotel in a quiet area of Venice. I've stayed in the city many times and feel this hotel and its kind, thoughtful staff were top rate. Simple very clean rooms, great beds, excellent breakfast. The hotel feels new and smart and is only 3 mins from Salute or 8 mins walk from Accademia. If you arrive on the airport water bus (Alilaguna) and exit at Zattere you are less that 10 mins walk to the hotel too.

Staff were very nice and very responsive to my questions before arrival. This hotel is at the far end of Venice from the train station but very close to St. Mark's Square on the other side of the Grand Canal. Using the public water bus to get to the hotel and getting around is very easy. Our air con didn't work (October is the change over season from cooling to heating) so we opened the windows to air the room. Otherwise its a very nice pleasant place with nice staff.
