"I booked a Premium room at the last minute on Expedia advertising obviously it offered air conditioning. iwas given a room on the 6th floor. Scorching hot around 26 at 10pm The air conditioning was not working. The staff told me they had had air conditioning issues for a few days and asked me whether I wanted a fan. How would that help the temperature to go down. Additionally, the bathroom was not insulated or closed from the room, but only but see through wonden lats meaning that any shower I would have taken would have increased the temperature. They claimed they had no other room. I stayed 20mn and left. This is bait and switch tactics equating to grand theft. Stay away, the bad faith I experienced tells you a lot about the hotel."
